Construction Manager 
Provide full time, on site representation to oversee and manage construction administration phase.
Assists the project manager with the construction administration activities on projects, monitor project for construction document compliance. Review RFI’s and assist with response. Document control, submittal monitoring, daily reports, monthly reports, QA/QC, processes changes orders, process applications for payment, prepare punch-list and close-out procedures, and to perform post-construction services and investigations as needed.
