Construction Manager
Amec Foster Wheeler is seeking a Construction Manager with experience in a variety of design-build and design-bid-build construction projects. Responsibilities will include construction oversight, subcontractor oversight, submittal reviews, work plan reviews, daily/weekly/monthly production and reporting, safety management and oversight, and other tasks as required to support the Construction Manager. The project is construction of the support facilities and infrastructure for a large radar system.  Project duration is approximately 2 years.

SITE CIVIL ENGINEER - WITH GRP TANKS EXPERIENCE
As a Civil Site Engineer you will manage as part of a construction project; you will also help with technical advice and supervise other members of staff. Senior Quality Control Engineer
To supervise and manage all Quality Assurance (QA)/QC functions in the workplace and manage a team of QC engineers and inspectors for day to day QA/QC functions. To identify/ access the QC requirement for the project (Ex. Resources, procedures, documentation etc., ) and liaise with Project QC Manager/ Operation and QC Department for its compliance .To conduct inspection of raw materials, bought out items and review of Material Test Certificates (MTC) and the specification requirements. To interface and coordinate with Operation and Clients for QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities. To prepare Quality Control procedures, Inspection Test Plans (ITP) according to project requirements and client specifications; follow-up for its approval.

To perform internal quality audits in operations/ departments/ projects as per the internal quality audit schedule. To assist the Lead auditor in preparing audit reports and non-conformance reports. To ensure the scope of audit covers all relevant procedures by preparing internal quality audit notification. To act as Quality Assurance help desk to assist departments/ projects in interpreting and implementing the procedures.
