Job Openings at Abu Dhabi Ship Building

The establishment of Abu Dhabi Ship Building (ADSB) was in line with the vision of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed (Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces) to have a world-class facility in Abu Dhabi to support the UAE Navy. Inaugurated in 1996, ADSB initially focused on naval repairs and refits and gradually expanded its expertise to include building sophisticated war ships like the Baynunah 70m Corvette.


Pipefitter
Responsible for assembling, installation, testing pipes and fitting with good knowledge on all types and schedules of pipes involved while carry out and record pipeline pressure inspections, and ensure all equipment is fit for the purpose

Mechanical Fitter
Do Mechanical work such as; Pre-delivery inspections of Mechanical parts of the vessel, Periodic servicing of machinery, Marine mechanical problem diagnosing, Engine servicing like changing oil, filters etc., Troubleshooting problems for customers, Parts ordering and following-up

Welder

Responsible for perform welding using (SMAW / GMAW / GTAW) and (GNAW) in all positions the 2G,3G, and 6G associated with repair on steel and aluminum vessels

Fabricator
Perform outfitting works, alignment procedures like marking, fit up in line with technical drawings and technical specifications.
