Job Description
# Prepares and records assets, liability, revenue and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
# Performing vendor Reconciliation regularly.
# Prepares and records supplier payments on a regular basis.
# Prepares monthly payables reports and statement s.
# Ensuring all JV's are prepared and posted before the month closing.
# Developing and documenting business process and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Experience & Qualification
# Bachelor's degree in accounting,comments, or finance field.
# Minimum 2-5 years accounting experience.
# Mainly experience in supplier reconciliation.
# Experience in general ledger accounts reconciliation.
# Experience with ERP accounting software, preferably Oracle Financial.
# Good knowledge of MS office applications and especially Excel.
# Good communication skills and English Language Fluency.
