Civil Engineer for the Tendering Department
Works under the Tendering Office Manager in construction projects related to tender
estimation of heavy civil, marine and industrial works EPC contracts.Deal with technical commercial and contractual aspects of the tender.Review/evaluate tender documents and measurements of Quantities for all bill items.Prepare schedules for all civil works.Prepare estimates of required resources and costs for all civil works (prepare RFQ for materials and subcontractors).

Organize and oversee the work of field and desk expeditors based in the company’s operating sites and RO (instruct, coach, provide feedback, plan embedment of field expeditors within suppliers’ premises, ensure that work is performed according to the company’s related procedures, develop expediting plans).Receive and resolve expediting issues as appropriate (receive and evaluate issues escalated by the desk and field expeditors, collect input to facilitate final decision, escalate issues according to the company’s procedures, follow up until closure).
