JV coordinator
Provide coordination and admin support for the UKBU Non-Operated Asset portfolio. Support Asset Manager and take on responsibility for specific minor non-operated assets (technical, commercial and financial interests). Development role to expand experiece and knowledge in asset management.
Drilling Inventory Analyst
To proactively effect control of all assigned materials inventory pertaining to Drilling activities in accordance with the UKBU Materials Management Strategies and Finance Accounting Conventions to ensure cost and audit compliance is achieved. In conjunction with the Finance department actively.establish system reporting to facilitate end of well reconciliation and reporting. Actively liaise with drilling.engineering groups to promote the use of existing inventories for use in new drilling ventures.
This role is to work in a team supporting the Business Unit IS systems,including Aberdeen office and offshore locations (No offshore travel required). This will involve day to day operational troubleshooting with the end-users, but also testing and assisting with the introduction of future technologies
