Deputy Manager(Infrastructure)
The role of the Deputy Infrastructure Manager is to support the Infrastructure Manager to design, architecting, execution and delivery of IT infrastructure to support projects implemented by Group IT. The Deputy Infrastructure Manager is also expected to review, evaluate and advise PSA Group terminals on infrastructure-related issues, as assigned by the Infrastructure Manager. The Deputy Infrastructure Manager is responsible to ensure that the projects assigned to him or her are executed efficiently so as to meet schedule and budget targets. The resources executing the projects are outsourced to other PSA Group departments or external vendors. Infrastructure projects may be executed at multiple locations around the world.
Deputy Manager/Manager(Rollout Expert)
This role reports to Global Rollout and Operations Management Manager and Project Manager (Global TOS) for the specific project during implementation and rollout phase.
Finance Controller/Manager(Overseas Posting)
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the finance function and providing the finance and accounting support and expertise to the entity CEO in the areas of business operations, strategy and expansion. You will be leading the financial systems and structures, financial and budget planning with related monitoring, analyses and processes. You will assume responsibility for all timely HQ and Board financial management and statutory tax reporting. You will be required to interface effectively with principally internal customers but also external parties such as auditors, tax agents,
corporate secretariat and bankers.
Manager/Senior Manager(Business Process Management)
As a member of the Business Process Management Team in Group IT, you analyse business processes and propose improved processes to meet the operational needs and objectives of PSA terminals. You will perform the role of a business analyst and support the Terminal Operations System (TOS) Product Owners in defining value-added product capability and roadmap that meet business need and is feasible in terms of budget and time.
Being part of the Group IT team, the role revolves around maintaining and supporting the Group’s Financial Systems for existing entities (our terminals), and rolling out the financial systems to new entities that PSA International has started or acquired. We require the individual to perform business analysis with users, and to propose and implement solution to fulfill the business requirements, at times with support from vendors if we have engaged them for implementation services.
Manager(Global HR Information System)
The role revolves around maintaining and supporting the group’s human resource systems, primarily for the Benefits Module of PSA’s PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Systems. This role is required to manage projects, perform business analysis with users, and propose and implement solutions to fulfill the business requirements. This position will also manage, monitor and prioritize issues and change requests with users.
Manager/Technical Lead (Product Delivery)
Technically lead application solution architecture, design and technical implementation that meet application solution functional, non-functional and technical requirements in conformance with defined architecture, design and technical implementation standards in a practical cost-effective manner. This role reports to Application Project or Product Delivery Manager (for assigned application solution or product delivery) and Application Architect (for technical requirements standards and quality).
