Medical Secretary
The Medical Secretary preforms wide range of secretarial, clerical and administrative duties for the Chief Medical Officer and 14 other doctors. These duties include dealing with patient enquiries, arranging activities of CMO’s and other MO’s schedules (meeting and patient appointments) liaising with Government establishments, and various medical facilities both on island and overseas.

Receptionist - Medical Services
Responsible for handling secretarial duties, such as reviewing and entering patient information records and maintain the security of records. Directing patients to accounts office, to complete formalities prior to being routed to the Medical Service Area.
