Health and Safety Manager
Our vision of delivering a mall which is incident and injury free means this role is a key one. The Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for the delivery of this goal and as such will need to advise the management of the Mall of Qatar on any measures to assist them in delivering a mall which is free from risk, as far is reasonably practicable, legally compliant with Health and Safety legislation and thus protecting the mall and its owners from operational, reputational and commercial risk.

Soft Services Manager
This role manages the service delivery of all cleaning, food court, waste management and housekeeping services across the mall. With over 400 units, a food court with over 1,000 seats and very large public spaces, this role will be critical in ensuring the customer experience exceeds expectations through the delivery of world leading standard. This role will lead our soft facility management services through the development of a delivery strategy, identification and selection of potential third part suppliers and the creation of a demanding cleaning and housekeeping specification.

Chief Engineer
As Chief Engineer you will deliver the overall management strategy and delivery of all engineering related matters such as but not limited to; MEP, HVAC, IT, Elevators, Life Safety Systems,
Emergency equipment, and in general, the entire Mall of Qatar engineering. Through a team of service partners and maintenance contractors, a mixture of on-site of draw down resources will ensure full operational capacity of all services all of the time through the use of a schedule of PPM’s and reactive maintenance.

Tenant Coordinator
As the Mall of Qatar retail tenants start to occupy their retail units we have a demand for professionals who have a wide range of experiences which will support this. You will participate in the tenant delivery process and strategy, which will provide the effective delivery of all matters relating to tenant coordination, retail design and delivery, tenant improvement services and shop fitting.
