Aerodrome Operations Specialists
Analyze training requests to ensure there is a sufficient business case and estimate the cost of training, the recommended program and training company (if outsourced).Participate in technical analysis and annual training needs of departments and individuals creating gap analysis and prepare training matrix/plans accordingly in coordination Talent development Team.Conduct technical skills gap analysis and work with managers and the talent development team to prepare Individual Development Plans for employees who will be transferred or promoted

Fire Fighter
Respond to all incidents, including fires and accidents, as quickly and safely as possible, in order to minimize damage to ADAC users and assets, and minimize impact on operational capacity.Respond to hazardous materials incidents, including fuel spills, in order to contain the impact of such incidents, contact all required parties as set out in standard operating procedures, in order to maintain
the safety of ADAC users. Respond to all alarm calls, including practice and false alarms, in the most efficient and safe manner within the timelines established by national and international civil aviation regulations.

Marshaller
Responsible to marshal all arriving and departing flights into and out of the assigned parking stand according to Apron Operations Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) .Inspect the allocated parking stands prior to allowing aircraft access to ensure that the stand is safe and free of foreign objects or surface damage to the tramac .Signal the pilot when the chocks are in place, or removed from the aircraft wheels in order to indicate that the aircraft is secure in the parking stand and they may proceed with the subsequent steps of arrival or disembarking from stand
