Senior Assistant.Employee Management
Assisting intra department function as may be assigned from time to time by seniors. (Recruitment / Payroll / Employee Relations, etc…….)

Analyst-Long Term Schedules.Network Development
Maintain historical performance data of the schedules with respect to route lengths, time difference changes, airport handling constraints etc and incorporate in the future schedules changes if any necessary.
Keep the stations informed of the bilateral conditions in seat eligibilities and uplift limits
Collect and compile information on past and present schedules of other Airline.

Inform Manager- Scheduling  with timely information on major variances in the operating schedule

Responsible for ensuring the WY brand is displayed as per documented guidelines set by relevant departments like visual comms, marketing, etc. in all network airports at all times Responsible for conducting and compiling audit reports inclusive service level agreements compliance, excess baggage and ancillary targets on network airports and measuring service delivery at all Customer Touch-points. To recommend corrective action and provide feedback where appropriate to ensure compliance.
